Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I know which Affiliate to submit our donations to?

A: To find your local Affiliate click here to see a full listing of the Ohio Counties and the corresponding Komen Affiliate contact info.

Q: We have expenses from our event. What is the best way to pay these?

A: First check with your school to see if checks can be written to your school or Athletic Boosters with “Soccer for the Cure™” written at the bottom of the check. The school can then assist you with paying your expenses and writing a check to Susan G. Komen for the Cure with the remaining donation amount.

Q: How will Susan G. Komen acknowledge the donation(s) made?

A: Susan G. Komen for the Cure will write receipts of acknowledgement for each donation received. We encourage players to write personalized thank you notes to show appreciation as well.
