Since 1994, the Northeast Ohio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen® has made a great impact in our community toward the fight to end breast cancer forever. You can help us achieve this goal by contributing in a way that is meaningful to you. Your gift will support our mission to provide local community grants; helping people access education, screening and treatment. Your funds also support life-saving research initiatives that will enable scientists to discover the cures for breast cancer.

Up to 75% of the money raised through Komen Northeast Ohio funds programs in the local community. Since 1994 we have raised $17 million to provide funding support to local agencies that share our mission. The remaining 25% of the money raised helps fund the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Award and Research Grant Program.

Susan G. Komen for the Cure has received Charity Navigator’s highest rating four stars for the FOURTH year in a row. With this rating, Komen for the Cure becomes one of only 9 percent of the approximately 5,400 charities that Charity Navigator evaluates which has received at least four straight 4-star ratings.

Donations to Komen Northeast Ohio are tax-deductible to the full extent the law allows.  Donations are considered unrestricted funds.
