Request for Proposals
Komen Northeast Ohio is searching for office supply companies to help support our year-round supply needs. Highest consideration will be given to those companies willing to donate supplies.

If your company is willing to give discounts, please include that specific information as a part of your bid. In-kind donations can be offset as a charitable contribution or counted as a sponsorship for which you will receive benefits associated accordingly. Significant price reductions can also be negotiated as a charitable contribution or sponsorship depending on the value. An estimated value of those services should accompany your proposal.
Sponsorship benefits may range from including name/ logo on Komen materials and/or Komen website to being able to secure a booth space at our Northeast Ohio Race for the Cure. Benefits to be determined based on donations provided.

Please provide your proposal by 5 p.m. on August 15, 2011:
