Four two days, chiropractors across Ohio
are giving back by offering their services to new and current patients in
exchange for a minimum donation to several Ohio-based charities, including the
four Komen for the Cure affiliates in Ohio.
Over 100 chiropractic offices across Ohio are proud to
announce their participation in the Chiropractic Cares program in
support of great causes throughout Ohio. Chiropractic Cares is the first
of its kind in the profession – a statewide charitable initiative where chiropractors
unite with others across Ohio in a concerted effort of giving back, by donating
their chiropractic services to patients and the public in support of charitable
causes that benefit local people across Ohio.
Commencing Tuesday, September 30, participating doctors
will offer normal services to all existing patients for a minimum donation of
$20.00 to the charities involved, including the four Ohio-based affiliates for
Komen for the Cure. Two days later on Thursday, October 2, we will again offer
our services to all new patients for the same minimum donation.
Chiropractic Cares exclusively supports the Ohio charities
of the WellCare Foundation (The Stefanie Spielman Foundation for Breast Cancer
Research and Butch Reynolds Care for Kids Foundation), as well as Susan G.
Komen for the Cure. October, recognized nationally as both National Spinal
Health and Breast Cancer Awareness month, provides no better time for us to
share in this wonderful program.
